- AI file naming – new PDFs are named after the content of their first page, so "Untitled.pdf" becomes "Acme Supplies invoice 10234 March 2026.pdf".
- AI email extraction – when emailing a PDF, the attachment name, subject, body and recipient address are filled in from the content of the PDF.
